Original | Lamp with name

This is our first design with which Het Houtlokael was simultaneously created in 2016.  And to this day, still our most popular design. That's why we call it the Original.  The soft combination of birch and beech wood gives the lamp a light and timeless appearance and we have already had the opportunity to decorate many children's rooms with it.  Due to the three-layer effect of the designs, the light gives a warm and enchanting glow.

We make the wooden lamps from Het Houtlokael especially to order in our own workshop in Alkmaar.  Of course, we need some time for this, but we aim to ship your order within 5 to 8 businessdays.  The shipping costs within the Netherlands and Belgium are €5,95.  For orders over €100, Het Houtlokael will pay the shipping costs, with the exception of international shipments.

Do you want to give a lamp to someone as a gift?  We can wrap it nicely for you and possibly engrave a beautiful wooden card with a personal message. This option is optional at an additional cost.

Het Houtlokael lamps are designed in such a way that no glue or screws are required.  Instead, the housing is held together by two cord elastics that are stretched around the lamp. These are a design feature. Do not cut the elastic cords, as the lamp may fall apart !

The back of the lamp has two holes with which the lamp can be attached to a wall. Mounting materials (screws/plugs) are not included. Unfortunately, it is not possible to make adjustments to the design or have your own design made.

Material: Poplar wood, beech wood, elastic cord (textile).  The wood comes from sustainably managed forests. Packaging: bubble wrap and carton box.
